We had an issue with our existing blinds from another company (not Securetec) but that company provided an almost non-existent level of support for what turned out to be a basic issue.
I called Bob to see if he could help and found him to be professional, approachable, courteous and more than willing to help even though we hadn't even bought anything from him. From asking for a photo of the issue to sending that photo around his colleagues I can confidently say that Bob's level of customer service is far beyond what it needs to be.
We'll be needing more shutters soon and I'll be making the first call to Bob and his team.
