We had Christian from Securetec Roller Shutters come out to repair one of our very old roller shutters that had completely stopped working. We didn't have much hope that it could be fixed and thought we'd need to replace it. Christian was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to troubleshoot the problem instead of giving up. Thanks to his expertise, he managed to get it working again, which was a huge relief for us. He was also friendly, helpful, great communication and I appreciated his honesty and dedication to finding a solution. Sam was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us the door and service were excellent even made a small brachet to fix a gap we had in the door which he didn't need to but did anyway which we were very thankfull for highly recomended
