I rang Securetec late on Friday afternoon with a faulty shutter. Bob arranged for a visit the following Monday. The fault was quickly identified and in under two hours a new drive motor was installed and had its electrics connected by an electrician. Excellent service and unlike so many trades people nowadays, not only did they turn up, they carried out the whole job much faster than we expected. I couldn't recommend tham more highly.
